Bodywork Sessions - $150 for 90 minutes $200 for 2 hours

These sessions are a chance to reset by relaxing back into your original essence. Under all of the thoughts, pain, trauma, tension, etc, is your original vibration/light/form. With gentle touch, attuned presence, and deep listening, I'll gently, calmly, and competently guide your breath towards that deeply relaxed, peaceful expression of life that is you. In other words, it's like clearing your cache and restarting your computer. In a nutshell, everything shuts down for just a moment and then comes back on with what is needed to function and many old patterns and ties are discarded.

Includes:

  • 5-10 minute Intake conversation

  • 10-15 minute Fascial release practice (Serves both the session and is at home care)

  • 10-15 minute guided breathwork (Awakens the body and amplifies what’s there for us to work on. Facilitates a deeper experience.)

  • 60 minutes of bodywork (my unique expression of CranioSacral, Flow, Reiki, Energy Work, Polarity dynamics, etc)

  • Post session integration and after/continued care recommendations

Cranial Sacral Technique (CST) Mouth-work

$200 per session or $500 for 3 sessions paid up front (recommended)

The session is ideal for anyone with jaw/mouth/tooth pain, teeth grinding, headaches, dizziness, mental fog, fatigue, tired eyes, neck pain, stress, worry, etc. Humans tend to hold a great deal of stress and tension in the jaw complex (Jaw, Sphenoid, Ears, Occiput).

By using CST, I will gently release the tension in your neck, head, and jaw complex using my touch, your awareness, and a breath practice. During this practice, I also do and recommend inner mouth work (I wear gloves) to release tension patterns throughout the mouth, jaw, and cheek region. Inner mouth work is painful and intense, but once you feel the results, it's worth it. A consistent breath, which I will guide you back to throughout, greatly reduces this pain.

Ideally, this practice should be done in a set of three to enable us to access and release the deeper patterns at play, and to provide the longest lasting results. While individual sessions are very valuable, they do not produce the same lasting results as a series.

Includes:

  • 15 minute Intake conversation

  • 30 minute teaching/practice for after/between session care - This practice will open the fascia and energy preparing the body for deeper release.

  • 60 minute CST on Mouth/Face/Head/Neck

  • 15 minute Integration

  • Follow up videos for at home self-care

Holding/Masculine Medicine Sessions -

$500 - 3-4 hr in person session + 60 min Integration Zoom call.

These sessions are for both men and women. It was inspired by a masculine sexual yoga practice taught by John Wineland and modified for therapeutic purposes.  The sessions are deep, intimate, and vulnerable. This has led to people finding release, peace, ease, trust, knowledge, healing, love, aliveness, grace, relaxation, etc.

You have the opportunity to be seen, heard, and held in the fullness of who you are. All of your pain, trauma, fears, longings, dreams, etc are welcome.

Using our bodies, breath, and energy, we practice trusting, relaxing, and ultimately surrendering. When we say yes, each aspect affects our hearts, minds, and souls (and thus our bodies).

There have been a wide range of outcomes for these practices, and they vary from session to session with the same clients. Some are full of tears and tenderness, while others are deeply restful and healing. However, others have been very fiery and enlivening.

Women have encountered me as God, Father, Grandfather, Brother, Perpetrator, Lover, the Divine Masculine.

For men, I've experienced it as a father, brother, and grandfather. (I'm sure there are more outcomes here. It's just that there are fewer experiences man-to-man).

My purpose in sharing all of this is to let you know that I don't know what you will experience. The container I'm offering will be one in which I will be fully present and engaged with you. I'll move slowly, ask questions, listen and firmly hold the boundaries we've established to ensure a safe, strong, trusting presence and help you relax your tired body and mind.

Includes:

  • Check-in and container setting (Desires, Fears, Boundaries, Requests)

  • Embodiment practices (Posture, Fascia, Energy). By doing these practices, you will gently release the fascia restrictions your body mind is holding on to from your past and your habits. There will be less tension and pain, more energy and ease of movement, along with an improved mood and outlook.

  • 20 min Guided breathwork session - We’re using the breath as an amplifier. During the session, this technique will wake up your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies so that what's yours will be easier to understand, feel, hear, and move.

  • 20 min Flow session - This practice puts you into a parasympathetic nervous system expression. Relaxed, open, and aware. Parasympathetic is the rest, digest, and heal part of the nervous system, so starting you here is another layer of ease and opening to support our experience together.

  • Holding practice w/ Masculine Medicine - The holding practice has 3 stages: Back to chest, Chest to chest with legs to side, and Yab-yum (sitting on my lap while hugging). Only the first 2 postures are utilized every time. Yab-yum is by consent only and will only be offered when and where appropriate.

  • In person recap/integration - A chance for both of us to share beautiful and impactful moments that occurred during the session. It will also be helpful to have you share insights, takeaways, etc. from the practice as you will be able to get a sense of everything that happened for integration.

  • At home journal prompts - For deepening the session/awareness/integration.

  • 60 minute Follow-up Integration Zoom Call - Integration session to help you anchor the value of the experience into your life.

Embodiment, Breathwork and Ice Bath ~ two hours

$150 individually

$125 each for 2

$100 each for 3

$75 each for 4

Can be done individually or in small groups of up to four people

Through four specific practices, this offering supports your overall health and wellness.

Fascial release, Breathwork, Ice Bath, Shivasana/Yoga Nidra

This combination will leave you feeling open, at ease, awake, and invigorated.

Fascial Release: You will receive at-home practice videos to continue this work. This is both a practice and a teaching. By releasing tension patterns held in your fascia, you can free yourself from habitual tension. The best way to picture fascia is to think of it like a Spiderman suit underneath of your skin. It covers, touches, and interacts with everything in your body. It holds tension and pain from past injuries and traumas (physical, mental, emotional, sexual, spiritual).

Breathwork: To create different internal states, we will do several breathwork practices.

  • With box breathing, we'll calm and still our minds.

  • We will use Wim Hof breathing to awaken and prepare the body for an ice bath.

  • To stimulate the internal fire response, we'll use a version of breath of fire in the Ice bath.

  • Once that is active, we will switch to a breath called Anapana that creates focus, stillness, and depth, allowing us to be totally present with ourselves, the water, and the ice.

Ice Bath:The ice bath is what's known as an adaptogenic stress. In other words, it's a stressful experience that increases resilience and ability to adapt (change) to stress. Based on the water temperature, your previous experience with ice baths, and your in-the-moment experience, we'll stay in the water somewhere between 2-6 minutes. Following the ice bath, we'll do chi gong and other energy techniques to even more fully open the body and energy systems to maximize the benefits.

Yoga Nidra/Shivasana: Shivasana is also known as corpse pose and is where we absorb the energy we create during the above activities. Your body can then receive, transcribe, and create order from this energy. As soon as we awaken from Shivasana, we'll transition into a short Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is also know as yogic sleep. This practice brings awareness to the entire body through relaxation and mindfulness. It is through mindfulness and yoga that your mind is able to create a more complete "map" of your body as you bring awareness to all parts of it. This allows you to “know” yourself internally in a deeper and more complete way. As a result of this type of awareness and knowledge, you become more comfortable and confident in yourself, your movements and your interactions with others. Yoga Nidra practice has also been said to be equivalent to 2 hours of deep sleep after 15-20 minutes.
